Employers shall report to workers and the OSH committee about unsafe psychosocial conditions in the workplace that could cause harm to health. The law specifies the requirements concerning inspection reports. Internal regulations shall determine the number of prevention OSH delegates. The manufacturers, importers and suppliers shall provide employers with the necessary information for the use and handling of machinery, equipment, products, raw materials and working tools.
A dependent worker is a natural person providing services subject to remuneration under the control of another natural or legal person. A list of occupational diseases is provided by the law Annex 1.
