From the Hardcover edition. Granted this is something that’s hard to teach but I guess I was hoping for more from this. The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Assertiveness. I came away wanting a Rosanne of my own!

Make life easier for the person above you. A few of my faves: How to Succeed in Anything by Really Trying. What are we doing right? And anyone who has aspired to move up the corporate ladder knows that their relationship with those they report to is crucial.
